GRIMEREAPER SUPPORT

Grime Reaper® Products warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of original installation. This warranty is applicable to the initial end user and is not transferable.

The warranty is conditional on correct installation as per the instructions in the 'Installation' document. Should the Grime Reaper® be incorrectly installed and service is required as a result, all charges will be invoiced to the individual who requests the service. Grime Reaper® Products reserves the right to void the warranty if unauthorised service is performed or if the account of the individual owning the equipment is not in order.

Warranty is conditional on only GR Detergent being used in the Grime Reaper®.

Only service representatives authorised by Grime Reaper® Products must perform work required under warranty.

Warranty is conditional on the use of Grime Reaper® approved spare parts being used.
