The recent outbreak of the coronavirus has created a situation unlike any we have seen before and we understand that this will create a lot of uncertainty.

Grime Reaper will be operating to allow as little disruption as possible to normal services including deliveries, repairs and our cleaning programs. 

As part of this and to help reduce any foreseeable impact, we have implemented procedures that will help protect our business as well as yours.


This includes precautionary measures such as, office staff working from home, limited factory staff on site at any one time and an increased awareness for delivery drivers and engineers. For example, calling before arrival,  social distancing on site,  protective hand gear, in-cab sanitisers as well as enforcing other government guidelines.

Orders will continue to be sent out on a next day delivery where possible.

For those businesses that have been unable to continue operating and have had to shut their doors (for now), we are offering a payment holiday during this period.

We want to help you as best we can and if we work together on this, hopefully we will all have a business to come back to when the lock-down begins to ease. 

This is not automatically implemented for everyone although many of you will have not been invoiced during this time.
